• By using the voucher you accept these terms and conditions and are bound by all regulations in force at the relevant participating zoo or aquarium.
• This voucher is not transferable, cannot be sold and no cash alternative will be offered. Exchange or sale of this voucher for profit is prohibited. Amended, defaced or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
• Admission prices to the participating zoos are subject to change. Voucher must be used at time of entry and is not valid when making advance credit card bookings.
• All participating zoos reserve the right to refuse entry and to close or alter any part of the facilities for operational, health and safety or any other reasons.
• The voucher is not valid on bank holidays or for special events or for rides or other attractions.
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Zoo opening dates and times vary, and consumers are responsible for checking before arrival.
