Human skittles

Get your kids to stand on one leg in a row, one metre apart. One person then rolls a ball towards them. The others must jump to avoid being hit by the ball.

The kids can take it in turns to roll the ball.

Encourage your children to:

  • Try using different types of balls
  • Make bigger or smaller jumps
  • Flex their legs to absorb the landing
