A 40g serving of Kellogg's Fruit ‘n Fibre provides at least 50% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of folic acid; 25% RDA of vitamins thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, riboflavin, and vitamin B12; and 25% RDA of the mineral iron.
