Working hard, playing harder. Our ‘people centred’ employment values can be traced directly to W.K. Kellogg’s concern for the people he hired right back in the days of the Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flakes Company.

What he’d make of the staff social evenings we organise nowadays, we can only guess.

• Our casino night at our Manchester Head Office. A great time had by all, but the real jackpot went to charity.
• Our wild west night had everyone one ‘scooting boot’ before they eventually rode off into the sunset. Yee-haa!
• It’s a Knockout, in true Stuart Hall fashion, was approached by everyone with unbridled enthusiasm.
• Held in the grounds of Head Office, Kellogg’s Sports Day was blessed with sunshine and true team spirit.
